The daughter is Harvey Welker a Native American father, and Julie Welker an African-American mother. The father of the family is an engineer and her mother is a realtor. She graduated from the Germantown Friends School, located in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, in the year 1994. She attended Harvard College, where she obtained a Bachelors in Arts degree. Welker and John Hughes, a famous marketing director at Merck Philadelphia with two kids with him. The couple began a relationship during 2014, when they were together. John her husband is four years older than her. They decided to move their relationship to a new stage because things were going so well. The 4th of March, 2017, they were married.
