Dolly-Parton

Dolly Parton was born on the 19th of January 1946 in Locust Ridge Tenn. She grew up with twelve other kids. The vivid imagination of her mother allowed her to escape the pressures of daily life. Before learning how to read or write, Dolly Parton was creating her own music. In 8 years, she was playing her first guitar. In the age of 11, she began to sing at Knoxville Tenn's local radio station. The first album she recorded was within the same calendar year Gold Band Records, a tiny independent label. As a student in high school she established herself local, but longed for an even bigger stage. She moved to Nashville the day after graduating in 1964. Her first charting records with Monument Records included Dumb Blonde and Something Fishy both in 1967. The syndicated television show of Porter Wagoner required an additional singer around this time. Parton took the job in the year 1966. She was signed to RCA Records in 1968, and then the Grand Ole Opry was founded in the year 1969. In 1974, she resigned from The Wagoner's Show due to the popularity of her singles like Joshua Coats Of Many Colors or Jolene was way ahead of their joint release. Parton recorded "I Will Always Love You" in support of Wagoner shortly after they separated. The song was ranked No. The first time that a song was able to reach No.
